Experience : 3-5 years of experience in soft skills training or a related field.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate participants during training sessions.
Salary : 4.5 - 6 LPA
Design and deliver engaging training sessions on various soft skills including communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
Assess the training needs of employees and develop customized training programs to meet those needs.
Conduct workshops and interactive sessions to facilitate learning and skill development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback.
