7Sailors ( www.7sailors.in ) is a Job portal which brings Job Seekers and Employers at one platform. These Terms and Conditions governs use of the website www.7sailors.in.

Jurisdiction

This Platform is controlled and operated from India and we will follow the laws, rules and regulations of India. All disputes are subjected to Jurisdiction of  Republic of India.

Modification of These Terms

We reserve the right modify the terms, conditions. It is your responsibility to check these Terms when you use the platform.

Registering An Account

All information provided by Candidate / Job seeker / Clint / Employer during registration, must be true and correct.  7Sailors do not verify the information filled-up during registration and therefore not responsible if wrong information is filled-up by Candidate / Job seeker / Clint / Employer.

If Candidate / Job seeker / Clint / Employer provided information off line or thru our affiliates, then we may up-load that information onto the Platform on your behalf. It is however your responsibility to verify that all of your information on the Platform is complete, accurate, and up to date. Report to 7Sailors if any information is incorrect.

It is responsibility of user to updated the information if there is any change is required in information submitted on this site.

Login details and password

You will be asked to choose a password for your account upon registration. You must keep your password confidential at all times. You are solely responsible for protecting your login details and password and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage that may result from your failure to do so.

We may suspend your account or require you to change your password if we have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur in relation to your login details and must contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use or other security breach of your login credentials or account.

Communicating with Candidate / Employer  by CALL, SMS, WhatsApp, Mail or other mode of communication

If you are using our service then we may communicate with you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, mail or other mode of communication, regarding our services.

 Access to the Platform

Any one can use this platform for finding the job or for finding candidate. We put best effort to keep the website in working condition but we do not  guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform or any of its features or access to any of the data associated with your account.

There may be times when certain features, parts or content of the Platform, or the entire Platform, become unavailable.

Use this platform if you agree that we will not be liable to you or to any other third party for any unavailability, modification, suspension or withdrawal of the Platform, or any features, parts or content of the Platform.

What you are allowed to do

You may search candidate and find job on this platform. You may retrieve and display content of your account only from this Platform on a computer screen, print and copy individual pages and store such pages in electronic form.

What you are not allowed to do

Do not use this Platform to transmit or publish any unsolicited, un lawful or unauthorized advertising or promotional material / information.

Do not use the Platform to knowingly transmit any data that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, the server on which the Platform is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Platform.

Do not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, publicly display, or re-sell any content on the Platform without our prior written consent from 7Sailors.

Jobs, employment offers and our role

We operate the website www.7sailors.in for bringing Job Seekers with Employers at one platform.

This platform enables Job Seekers to find and apply for job to the Employers who have submitted requirement of candidates on this portal.

This platform enables Employer to search candidates who have applied for job on this portal.

7Sailors do not and cannot guarantee to Job Seekers that the jobs they view or apply for will be available to him.

7Sailors do not and cannot guarantee to Clients / Employers that candidate selected by him or candidate who applied for job will respond to calls / mail and other mode of communication and shall join if selected.

7Sailors do not and cannot guarantee to Clients / Employers about behavior or performance of candidate. It is Employers responsibility to verify documents of education, experience and identity of candidate before appointing the candidate.

It is the responsibility of Job Seekers to verify terms of appointment before deciding to accept the appointment.

7Sailors have no role / involvement  in deciding Salary, other benefits and terms of appointment. These things shall be discussed between Employee & Employer.

Job Ads

Job Ads are created and provided by third parties. Please acknowledge and understand that www.7sailors.in has no control over the content of Job Ads, links to or from Job Ads.

Services on our website www.7sailors.in is free to Job Seekers but some time advertiser is a placement agency / broker  and may demand a fee from candidate. Job seeker has to decide if he want service of such advertiser / third party or not. 7Sailors have no role in service provided by advertiser and other agencies.

CHANGES TO CONTENT AND FORMAT

We may, in our sole discretion, change the format and content of the Platform at any time. You agree, subject to applicable law, that your use of the Platform is on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis and at your own risk.
