Strong knowledge of rubber molding (compression, transfer, injection) and plastic injection molding.
Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
Knowledge of automotive standards (IATF 16949).
Understanding of rubber compounds, polymers, and plastic materials.
Ability to read 2D/3D drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
