Operate and monitor internal mixers, kneaders, and two-roll mills for rubber compounding.
Prepare rubber compounds as per formulation sheets and batch instructions.
Ensure proper raw material weighing, batching, and mixing sequence.
Monitor mixing parameters such as temperature, time, rotor speed, and energy consumption.
Maintain batch traceability and production records.
Knowledge of rubber compounding materials (NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, fillers, chemicals, curatives).
Understanding of Banbury/Internal mixer operations.
Ability to read compound formulations and process sheets.
Basic knowledge of rubber testing methods.
Problem-solving skills in rubber mixing and processing.
