Qualification : Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Polymer, or Rubber Technology
Experience : 2 – 3 Years
Industry: Rubber / Polymer / Automotive Components / Plastic & Rubber Manufacturing.
Salary : 30 - 35k
Operate and monitor rubber moulding machines such as compression moulding, transfer moulding, or injection moulding.
Set machine parameters like temperature, pressure, and curing time according to product specifications.
Ensure proper mould setup and changeover to maintain production efficiency.
Monitor production quality and ensure parts meet customer and drawing specifications.
Experience with compression, transfer, or injection moulding machines.
Basic knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, root cause analysis).
